INTRODUCTION TO OUR WORK |
|
Design on glass is specialized
in sandcarving. Often referred to as "sandblasting",
sandcarving is a method of decorating or personalizing glass,
crystal, marble, stone, and the like. We use photo resist
technology, which allows to create stencils photographically
instead of manually. This technique allows us to reproduce
images able to hold very fine detail and to create simple to
complex multi-stage carvings in just minutes. The look and
feel of sandcarving offers a much higher perceived value to
similar items engraved by other methods. |

|
OUR DESIGNS |
We sandcarve any design you
want, for all occasions: weddings, 1st communions,
baptisms, graduations, Christmas, Easter, Valentine's day,
birthdays, etc. The design can be a ready-to-sandcarve that
you choose from our catalogues, or we can create an original
design for you after we analyse it for adaptability to
sandblasting. A copyright design, logo or trademark cannot be
used without permission from the owner. A full size plot is
done to be sure all elements are in the correct proportions
and you approve prior to start sandblasting. |

COSTS |
|
The cost of each item depends
upon the following: |
|
- the design, its complexity,
type, size, thickness, edge finish; cost for getting a design
ready is dependent on the complexity and ease of making the
mask, |
|
- the nature of the item to be
carved (glass, crystal, marble, etc.), |
|
- the shape and size, |
|
- the quantity: one of a kind
costs more than multiples. |
